Fulfillment Centers
For the US and Canada, we're working with ShipBob, with stock in warehouses in Illinois, California and Ontario.
For the UK, we're working with Zatu Games.
For Australia and New Zealand, we're working with Let's Play Games.
All European and other Worldwide orders are sent from our ReRoll Works Headquarters in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Please note that these shipping rates are subject to change and may vary based on the weight and size of your order. The final shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout page before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Time
Orders from our Amsterdam, NL location are shipped once per week on Wednesdays including all orders placed before Tuesday at 17:00.
All other carriers provide a 5 day SLA on shipping items outside of peak holiday seasons, however typically orders are processed within a few days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. The estimated delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

Shipping Issues
If your order fails to arrive because of your mistake (wrong address, recipient absent, failure to pick up at courier/postal warehouse, etc), any additional shipping/warehousing cost for us to re-send/re-deliver your order will be your responsibility.
If after investigation it becomes clear that the error was on our part, we will resend your order at our expense.
If the package is lost, destroyed or damaged, the carrier will be held solely responsible. Any customer claim to the carrier needs to be made at the time of delivery and not later than 3 working days to us. If the package seems damaged, please ask the postal carrier to make you a receipt "accepted with reserve".
Please note that we will not reship any order without first investigating what happened to the first shipment.
If your order arrives with missing or damaged components (excluding the external game box), provide us with proof using our webshop contact form and we will substitute them for you.
